UK Shipping

We offer Free UK Standard Shipping on all orders. Express delivery can also be selected on checkout.

All items are dispatched using reliable domestic services, with tracking provided where available. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not processed at weekends or during public holidays.

International Shipping

Although customs fees are paid when an order is dispatched, additional charges may still apply in the destination country. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday-Friday). UKScaleModeller is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information (if available).

Masking Set FAQs

UKScaleModeller mask sets include a die-cut mask along with a basic top down view guide. This is then placed in a waterproof zip lock bag to prevent any moisture ingress. Finally it's sealed and shipped in a small hardback letter, preventing any damage.

Yes, most mask sets do require some form of liquid mask. Alternatively, excess masking sheet can be used to fill the gaps. Please contact me if you are unsure.

No, unfortunately the model used within the images is not included.

Mask Set orders:

Please allow 1-2 days for processing/despatch (Monday-Friday). For UK residents expect your mask set to arrive within 3-5 working days, unless you have selected express delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Custom Coaster order:

Bespoke coaster designs may take up to 1 week to produce due to the complexity of the artwork. If ordered alongside other products, your items may be shipped separately.
