Refund policy

Returns

**Please note that return postage costs will need to be covered by the buyer.**

To start a return, please submit a cancellation request using the form found on the cancellation page. Your request will be repsonded to as quickly as possible.

If your return is accepted (if requested within 30 days from purchase), we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've inspected your returned item, and let you know if a refund can be approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
